On November 8, 2012 Valencia Heights Water Company (VHWC) celebrates the Company’s formation and 100 years of service to our community. We celebrate the vision, dedication and accomplishment of all Board Members and Staff whose hard work contributed to the ability for us to appreciate VHWC’S history as we look forward to giving quality service at the best possible value to the community.
